APPROACHES TO FORECASTING THE EVOLUTION OF INSTITUTIONS OF THE INNOVATIVE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: 
The paper considers the existing approaches to the forecasting the development of institutions. The drawbacks of existing approaches are showed. An approach to the forecasting of the evolution of institutions based on an assessment of their impact on the level of the transaction costs of economic agents is proposed. The possibilities of the proposed approach to explain the phenomena and problems of the development of the domestic innovative environment are showed, as well as the construction of an adequate model of the spread of the institution among economic agents.

Abstract: 
The article addresses the deficits in the evaluation methods of enterprises’ investment attractiveness that are used today. There are recommendations that improve the accuracy of estimates of the future enterprise development, which will reduce investment risks. The results of the analysis can be used by investors evaluating investment enterprises’ attractiveness, as well as the stock gambler in assessing the enterprise’ prospects.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES IN RUSSIA

Abstract: 
This paper investigates the barriers to the entrance of Russian SMEs in the international markets. It analyzes the concept of e-commerce based on the Internet and describes the reasons for the development of certain export IT-services in Russia. Models of small and medium enterprises internationalization are described. An estimation of small and medium business in Russia is given. It illustrates the key requirements for the successful development of the SME sector in Russia.

Abstract: 
Analysis of the strategic objectives established by the government of Kazakhstan, as well as measures taken by the government of the republic on their implementation, shows that the country has carried out serious work on a system of "e-government", which helps to optimize the government activities, establishes the mutual exchange of information of all concerned institutions of the country and the population. However currently the level of “e-government” development system in Kazakhstan does not comply with the international standards of service quality. There is a necessity of the analysis of the state and development of the “e-government” services in Kazakhstan for the creation of the improvement mechanism.

It is necessary to measure the status of the country in the world for the effective management of socio-economic development of the country. GDP per capita has been the best indicator of such development for a long time, but this approach is no longer considered to be optimal in modern terms. The need of new indicators is shown in the article, also the economics of happiness is touched upon, indicating the best way of the national development strategy formation.

Abstract: 
The supply chain is considered in terms of the object-oriented systems approach. The definition and properties of the supply chain are précised. The classification of the supply chain is given. A variant of the network model of the supply chain in the SCM system is proposed and a complete comparative analysis of this model with the traditional network model is performed. A mathematical model of the problem of minimizing logistics costs in the supply chain of industrial enterprise in general is given.

Abstract: 
In the article the following issues are discussed: the impovment of the instrumental assessment of the productivity of industrial enterprises business on the basis of the “golden rule of the enterprise economy” characterizing the interconnected change of growth rates of profit, revenue and assets, the principles of creation of the dynamic standard as the analytical tool expanding possibilities of justification of effective administrative decisions.

FRANCHISE SALES MANAGEMENT IN INTERSTATE INTEGRATION

Abstract: 
The development of franchise relations in Russia creates the necessity to develop a systematic approach to franchise sales management. In the article the author analyzes the basic mistakes, which are made by the Russian entrepreneurs during franchise promotion to the Russian and international markets. Under the conditions of interstate integration the approaches to the franchise promotion are very similar for Russian and foreign franchises. The author assesses the major channels of franchise promotion, including direct sales of franchises and analyzes the main risks of it. The author examines the difficulties, which an entrepreneur may face, ensuring the transfer of dealers to the format of franchisees.

Abstract: 
The intellectual capital in the post-industrial economy became a decisive productive force and defines the vector of the innovative development of the country. On the basis of the analysis of modern definitions of the category «intellectual capital», methods of its assessment, the new category «level of the intellectual capital» and the approach is offered to its measurement which is based on a method of quantitative assessment of hierarchically structured objects. The factors defining the level of intellectual capital of the enterprise are revealed and classified, a three-stage model of management is developed by level of the intellectual capital of the enterprise. The proposed research allows systematizing the management of the intellectual capital of the enterprise. An example of practical implementation of the proposed model is given.

In this article contemporary practices of ecological management are discussed. Our opinion about the necessity to transfer the enterprises of the Russian economy to a balanced ecological and economical type of development is stated.
