The genesis of the competence-oriented management model from sources to prospects

Abstract: 
Competence-oriented management approach is a progressive direction, which gains steam in many spheres of human activity, acting at the same time both as a methodology and an ideology of effective management. The development of competence-based approach took place in a way of a thousand-year evolution, beginning with the empirical, connected with the emergence of protocompetences, to modern, putting forward institutional key competences. Actually the management of key competences is the basis of strategizing – management of results as the highest achievement of corporate management.

To the question of development of the theory of dysfunction of economic systems and institutes: what is the reason of bankruptcy?

Abstract: 
Basics of the theory of dysfunction of economic systems and institutions are considered in the article, the definition of the term «bankruptcy» is given from the position of specified theory. The author suggests the concept «dysfunctional chain», formulates its definition and the rule of a dysfunctional chain. Also in the article there is constructed the dysfunctional chain on the example of a special case of bankruptcy of an enterprise and are proved some conclusions concerning the macroeconomic policy of the Russian Federation.

Methods for assessing the impact of intangible assets and reputation on capitalization of the companies

Abstract: 
The article presents the basic concepts of intangible assets (reputation, image and brand) and methods for the assessment oft the influence of intangible assets on the company's value. The mathematical model to quantify the degree of influence of intangible assets on the company's value, also gives estimates for the top 8 companies in the international rating MillwardBrown.

Abstract: 
The paper shows the need to improve the public policy of state and municipal authorities in the field of prevention of extremism and xenophobia in an environment where the citizen’s identity tends to form and does not have specified conclusions about the allowability of the studied acts. The chosen object of study is the university environment as the stage of personality formation. The ways of development of theactivities of state and municipal authorities in the context of the emergence of a multicultural society in Russia..

Evolution of the Spanish economy model

Abstract: 
The Spanish economy peculiarities have been associated over the last half century with the choice of a national economy model oriented on housing and tourism. During the global financial and economic crisis, the imbalances in the economy of Spain have demonstrated the necessity of a strategy model renewal. The first positive changes in the Spanish economy in the post-crisis period demonstrate effectiveness of the structural reforms implemented by the government. The analysis of the causes of crisis intensification in Spain and the subsequent implementation of the anti-crisis measures to improve the competitiveness of the industry represent a useful experience for the assessment of the Russian strategy of economy development .

Abstract: 
The article deals with the influence of the Internet environment for business development in Russia. It pays special attention to the factors influencing the development of e-business in Russia. 
The article presents a comparative and morphological analysis of the concepts of “e-business” and 
“e-commerce”. The results of a market experts survey are presented on the example of macro-level factors composition within each of the categories within each of the categories and the extent of their influence on business. An assessment of the development scenarios of electronic business in the Russian Federation until 2020 is given.

Abstract:
This article represents eight years of experience implementing a quality management system in the Ilizarov Russian Scientific Center “Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics”. The structure analysis  of the institution basic processes is given : research, medical, and educational activities. The possibility of using a single systemic approach to the formation processes at all levels of the scientific institution organization is shown, the effectiveness of key processes is quantitatively assessed.

Applying the concept of stakeholders in the activity of management  companies in the sphere of housing

Multi-sided platform of crowdsourcing as a factor of successful implementation of the crowdsourcing projects

Abstract: 
The article describes the essence of the multi-sided platforms, as a way of interaction between participants of multi-sided markets. The typical structure of such multi-sided platforms and basic network effects of their use are described. Crowdsourcing as a new form of interaction between participants of the relations is analyzed. The paper deals with the possibility of organizing multi-sided platforms of crowdsourcing in organizations and society. Directions of crowdsourcing institutionalization in domestic practice are marked.

Abstract:
The article offers a social networks classification as well as it explores their features that can be used in the interest of corporations. Abstract: 
The article provides a critical analysis of existing methodologies to assess the social responsibility of business, which requires the development of a common methodology for assessing its level. On the basis of the method of analysis of hierarchies an attempt to build an integral indicator of the effectiveness of business restructuring and the degree of its social responsibility. The results showed the relationship between the performance indicators of business and the extent of its social responsibility.

Abstract: 
The article analyzes the specificity of the pharmaceutical industry as an object of mergers and acquisitions. The motives of the consolidation transactions in the pharmaceutical market are analyzed. Hypotheses about the influence of individual factors on the cost of the acquired company are developed. Using the econometric analysis, the effect of the presence of patents and the value of intangible assets of the target company, as well as the appartenance of the acquirer to the top 20 of the pharmaceutical industry on the cost of the deal. The final research model can be used for the rapid assessment of the value of potential mergers and acquisitions objects on the market.
