Structure of industrial ecosystems in digital economy

Annotation:
Research objective is the description of features of structure of the industrial «ecosystems» arising in the course of transformation of economy in digital. Comparative characteristics of network associations and «ecosystems» are given, the author's interpretation of the term «industrial ecosystem» taking into account object (organizational), business and process and environmental components is offered. The structure of an industrial «ecosystem» through components is presented: industrial architect, active and passive subjects. Functions of participants of an industrial «ecosystem» are defined. The conducted research allowed to select the institutional value of «ecosystems» for digital economy consisting in forming of a system of rational network coordination of economic subjects and their communications in the uniform digital medium which is characterized by the minimum barriers and maximizing usefulness and productivity of infrastructure.

Foreign economic strategy cooperation of transnational corporations between Germany and Russia

Annotation:
This article considers the foreign economic cooperation of German transnational corporations with Russia and concludes on the General situation of development and promotion of common mutual interests. The most promising examples of bilateral economic cooperation in various spheres of Russian production are highlighted. The article shows the problems of capital investment in the regional economy on the example of «Metro AG» in the Volgograd region, taking into account the territorial specifics, proposed and structured options for their resolution. To prevent large investors from leaving the regional market, a strategy for the development of a favorable investment climate in the Volgograd region has been developed. Research was conducted on the basis of scientific literature, articles, on the basis of traditional methods of analysis of documents based on scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors.

Annotation:
The article discusses the concept and approaches to the definition of a national innovation  system as a structure regulating the processes of implementing innovations in local innovation environments and allowing for the production of new knowledge, ensuring its storage, transformation into new products, services and technologies. A comparison of national innovation systems of the United States and Russia has been made, the weak and strong points of these systems have been highlighted, recommendations have been made for the development of high-tech business in the country.

Annotation:
The article analyzes the evolution of models of the innovation process, starting with the intro duction of the concept of «innovation», and ending with the Concept of the innovation model of information technology. Based on the analysis, the authors compiled a table indicating the period of development, the name, essence, authors, as well as the shortcomings of the models. As a result of analyzing the evolution of models of the innovation process, the authors made conclusions regarding the applicability of these developments for the commercialization of R & D results of small innovative enterprises established at universities. The result of the research is the development of an effective authorial model of innovation commercialization for small innovative enterprises of the Altai Territory.

The regional investment policy formation (using the example of Primorsky krai)

The article analyzes the relevance of expanding investment as a key factor in the growth of the regional economy. The essence of investment in fixed assets has been disclosed. The paper shows the mechanisms of state incentives for capital investments. The issues of capacity of regional producers of investment goods are considered. The types of effects from the implementation of investment projects. There are given the methodological aspects of the ability of the region to retain added value with an increase in investment activity. The structure and dynamics of the economy of Primorsky Krai are analyzed. The analysis of the current investment strategy of the Primorsky Krai. The strategic directions of development of the economy of this region are highlighted in the article.

Models of passenger traffic management in a big city

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the problems of application of various theoretical models for the management of passenger traffic in a large city. The main emphasis is made on the implementation of the approach using the methods of Queuing theory. The possibilities of calculating the peak load and modeling on the basis of such calculations of transport routes during the day. The practical implementation of the methods is demonstrated by the example of the transport system of St. Petersburg. Also, some approaches to the formation of transport management schemes of St. Petersburg on the basis of the division of the urban environment into some zones are proposed. Analysis of passenger traffic between zones allows to determine the most critical routes.

The article is devoted to the applied aspect of the implementation of outsourcing activities in civil aviation. The paper presents the project of IT outsourcing for the international airport «Gagarin». The article also provides a calculation of the effectiveness of the project. In its development, the experience of transferring part of non-core functions to third parties in the activities of civil aviation enterprises was used.

Annotation:
The content of the concept of “competitive intelligence” is analyzed. It was proposed to consider competitive intelligence (CI), firstly, as a special type of intelligence activity; secondly, as a specific set of tools and techniques; thirdly, as an organizational structure or service. The functions of the CI are defined, the algorithm of operation of this structure is formulated. Based on the results of a sociological survey, the level of demand for services of CI and the availability of relevant services in Russian companies, as well as the degree of use of competitive intelligence to prevent threats to the business reputation of companies, were determined. The stages of the formation of a competitive intelligence service in modern Russia are highlighted.

Use of BSC to assess the competitiveness of advertising firms

Annotation:
Balanced scorecard (BSC) – a tool for the formalization of the strategic objectives of the firm with detailed descriptions of key for company business process. Each of the units the BSC (Finance, customer, business processes, staff) monitored and evaluated via their key performance indicators (KPIs).
The purpose of this article is to consider the possibility of using this methodology to assess the competitiveness of advertising Internet companies. It is necessary to solve the following problems: to offer a clear algorithm for assessing competitiveness, based on BSC; to take into account the specifics of the evaluation of the activities of advertising Internet firms; to consider the theoretical basis for use in the evaluation of various indicators by nature (based on the desirability function); to calculate the competitiveness of real firms; to draw conclusions about the applicability of this technique to assess the competitiveness of advertising firms.
The tools used in the work are: questionnaires, statistical methods of information processing, optimization using the Harrington desirability function.
