Socio-economic effects of communication techologies for smart cities

Annotation:
Communication technologies and data networks are one of the most important components of the smart city model. A number of features and main functions of the communication component of a smart city are considered. The socio-economic effects arising from the introduction of communication infrastructure in urban socio-economic systems are revealed. The study can be useful both for theoretical studies of the impact of communication technologies on the development of socio-economic systems, and for practical digitalization of urban space in modern cities.

Organizational development: age of organization concept

Annotation:
Existing theories of the life cycle in the context of the organizational development are based on the evolution and change of the internal factors of the organization, taking the increase in sales as the enterprise develops. Thus, organizational development is associated exclusively with the internal characteristics of the enterprise. On the other hand, the existing external circumstances dictated by the market force organizations to adapt to changes. In this regard, the authors propose the concept of the age of the organization, combining internal parameters and those that can be attributed to the adaptation of the enterprise. The article opens the question of an integrated approach to the age of the organization, combining elements that allow you to more accurately predict the model of organizational development.

Intellectual capital as a factor in innovation activity

Annotation:
The socio-economic development of countries in modern society is determined by intellectual capital, the effectiveness of its use. Based on the correlation and regression analysis of the rating of 128 countries of the world, the closeness of communication, the dependence of the competitiveness index and innovative activity of countries on the level of human resource development are established. The dependence of the development of human capital on the level of education of the population is revealed. A negative impact on corruption in the innovation activity of the country was revealed, as measured by the level of perception of corruption. The definition of the category «level of intellectual capital» is given, its structure is a valuation method.

Neural network transport and logistics infrastructure state and development modeling of foreign countries and the Russian Federation

Annotation:
The article is devoted to determining the level of condition and development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of a number of foreign countries and Russia. Systematization of world indices of the state and development of transport and logistics has been carried out. Performance indicators are proposed, on the basis of which modeling using neural networks is carried out. Based on neural network modeling, a cluster distribution of a sample number of countries is obtained. As a result of the analysis of the composition of the main indices characterizing the effectiveness of transport and logistics, as well as the impact of individual indicators on the main indicators of the activity, criteria for the effectiveness of transport and logistics infrastructure are identified.

Implementation of the national project «labor productivity and employment support» in the Volga federal district

Annotation:
The tasks outlined in the National Project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” are considered. The intermediate results of the implementation of this project in the regions of Russia are analyzed, the emphasis is placed on the different starting positions of the participants in the national project and the lack of uniform rules for their co-financing. It is concluded that the enterprises that were the first to enter the project already at the initial stage demonstrate growth in labor productivity, which suggests: the task of ensuring the competitiveness of Russian goods and services will be solved.

Annotation:
The article considers alternatives to the development of the physical component of the human capital of students of higher educational institutions. The necessity of application of adaptive physical education for individual educational trajectories of a number of students is proved. The authors believe that adaptive physical education can be successfully implemented using the resources of universities themselves, without resorting to outsourcing to provide these educational services.

Annotation:
This article contains a model of generalization of three previously known linear programming problems: production problem (classical setting) – the solution is a vector of the number of produced end products, found with restrictions on the amount of resources, taking into account profit maximization. lines of workers in pairs of different specialties, provided that there are no duplicate types of workers in any of the lines, the task of locating centers is about the allocation of production points from a previously defined list of possible locations. In particular, the formulation of the task, which combines all three of the above problems into one complex, is exactly the case when the organization is going to enter a new market and determine the volume of production. This task appeared on the timber processing complex in the process of opening new production workshops. This work is devoted to building a linear mixed-integer model, finding a method and selecting an algorithm for determining the optimal solution of the production and transport problem. Such a task can be attributed to the class of non-trivial combinatorial decision-making problems in an enterprise.

Annotation:
The article discusses the role of organizational loyalty of personnel in the management system of a modern organization. Various approaches to the definition of the concept and essence of «loyalty» of personnel are analyzed. Tools of formation of organizational loyalty of the personnel directed on development of personal features of workers are considered. The authors propose a model of formation of organizational loyalty of personnel, based on three tiers: organization, personnel, society. The strategy of formation of organizational loyalty of the personnel including three blocks is developed and proved: system of stimulation of the personnel, corporate culture, conditions and the organization of work of the personnel.
