Basic principles of managing socio-economic systems

Annotation:
The article shows that the origin of the phenomenon of «management» is associated with the appearance of reason. The author believes that management can be considered only purposeful actions of a person associated with a conscious change in the structure of the object, the result of which is the transition of the system to a given state. It is concluded that the management of socio-economic systems cannot be an independent factor, since it is a derivative of the self-organization system and is controlled by it. The thesis is put forward that the primary task of management should remain to overcome the qualitative deterioration of society. Management will be effective only if it is aimed at encouraging self-organization.

Formation of strategies to ensure increasing labor productivity in the conditions of knowledge economy

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the search for ways to increase labor productivity of economic systems by choosing the optimal action strategy in the new model of economic development. The approaches to the assessment of labor productivity in the knowledge economy are determined. The stages of the production cycle are considered to determine the centers of value creation. The necessity of ensuring the replenishment of expended labor and intellectual resources of workers is substantiated. The dependence of the degree of satisfaction in the society of human development on the growth of labor efficiency is argued.

Annotation:
In modern conditions, business is a constant process of development and improvement of the transport industry, in particular freight. The effect of freight traffic on the dynamics and structure of production volumes in the country, the organization of industries, the solvency of enterprises and, as a result, the well-being of the population in the country have been analyzed and proved for quite some time. The relationship between the economy and transportation is two-way, as the development of the economy activates the growth of transportation, and vice versa: the maximum rates for cargo transportation and the high potential of the transport industry positively affect the growth rate of the economy in the region and the investment situation.

Annotation:
The purpose of the article is to clarify and supplement the content of the logistics approach to enterprises management. The article substantiates the set of aspects of the logistics approach to enterprises management and suggests an algorithm for its implementation based on their relationships. Terminological and system analysis, grouping and classification methods used as research methods. Correct choice and using of the empirical base, the application of adequate research methods, and the substantiation of the author’s point of view on the content of the logistics approach to enterprises management provide the scientific contribution. The results of the research allow clarify and supplement the theory and methodology of supply chain management, ensuring maintenance of their competitive advantages by creating value for end consumers of products and(or) services.

Annotation:
The article describes the problems that arise when implementing the lean manufacturing methodology at Russian enterprises. The contradictions between the tools and methods of lean manufacturing and the specifics of Russian production systems, as well as the contradictions between lin-technologies and the peculiarities of the production culture of workers of Russian enterprises, are revealed.
An algorithm is proposed for finding methods to resolve the contradictions between the key parameters of production systems and the characteristics of industrial culture. It has been established that the removal of contradictions can go along the path of adjusting the production culture, as well as the psychological activity of workers to the requirements of the production system, as well as by changing the forms and methods of organizing production to the characteristics of the production culture. Concrete measures and tools are proposed to harmonize the lean manufacturing methodology to the characteristics of the industrial culture of Russian enterprises.

Annotation:
The article considers staff evaluation as a system-forming function and analyzes its role in modern Russian organizations. The problems of staff evaluation in organizations of different spheres of activity are identified and investigated. Elements of the staff evaluation system and their relationship are presented, the terminology of the study is specified. The essence of a competent approach to staff evaluation, its place in the hr management system and its application in organizations of different fields of activity are given.
The competences demanded by employers today are identified, and their formation in the organizations of the public sector of the economy is investigated. Prospects of interconnection of models of competence at the levels of the employer, university, faculty and faculty to ensure quality training for the Russian market are considered. A procedure is proposed that could ensure that the competencies of university graduates meet the requirements of professional.

The impact on the company's performance of positioning the company's products as «environmentally friendly» has been studied for more than half a century. Russia can become a major exporter of eco-products. We reviewed the experience of producing «green» products by two companies: the international the Body Shop and the Russian «VkusVille». It turned out that the transition to the production of environmental products is financially feasible.

The Analysis of modern publications on the stated research issues allows us to conclude that there is a significant scientific interest in the problem of digital development of the country.
