Social philosophy of environmental management

Annotation:
The article examines the assumption that the Productivist philosophy of management, which links two phenomena – «overspending» and «burnout» – is poorly consistent with the goals of circular economy and sustainable development. The contradictions of this management philosophy are considered in the field of ecology in three aspects: environmental ecology, social ecology, and mental ecology. Three factors are considered when modern dynamics in the production and management of organizations create a serious psychological burden for employees. It is proposed to Supplement the Productivist philosophy of management with a more holistic and procedural view of organizations, or to abandon it in favor of the idea of moderation in the production of goods and services in order to preserve the coexistence of all earthly objects.

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the architecture of the management system at the enterprise, and it is considered from two positions: as a result and as a process. The types of enterprise architecture are considered. The role of the specialist creating the enterprise architecture is investigated. Methods, approaches, planning layers, as well as the basic principles of building an architectural model are considered. The main models and frameworks of enterprise architecture planning are analyzed. Recommendations are offered to specialists who plan to build the organization’s architecture.

The article was prepared based on the results of research on the topic «Management of diversification and risks of defense enterprises in the context of a new model of economic growth» and «Assessment of the state’s ability to finance defense and security spending, including the determination of the maximum permissible and optimal levels according to various criteria, as well as rational the range of financing of these expenses», carried out at the expense of budgetary funds on the state assignment to the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Annotation:
The article shows that in modern conditions, technological competenciеs are a mechanism that opens up new opportunitiеs for promoting the accelerated and competitive «civil» diversification of high-tech industries in the Russian defense industry. It is substantiatеd that key technological competenciеs are a combination of knowledge, skills and abilities that allow creating new markets for innovative technologiеs and products of civilian and dual-use industries of the Russian defense industry, the technical characteristics of which meet the criteria of global competitivenеss in terms of commercialization and diversification.

Annotation:
The international practice of transformations in the sphere of governmental management make it possible to talk about several same approaches. There are exact models of governmental management estimate. To characterize governmental management are used national and international methods. In order to increase quality of governmental management in Russia is important to solve several significant tasks such as transformation of the governmental economic policy, digital transformation of the governmental system, increase the level of professional competences for governmental employees.

Annotation:
The coronavirus pandemic has plunged the world economy into a crisis characterized by a severe economic downturn in many countries. In addition to health and safety measures, individual governments have launched anti-crisis tools for interventionist socio-economic policies. In this regard, there is a need to analyze the measures taken, which will contribute to the formation of an adequate assessment of their state, and on this basis, develop measures to limit the scale of the decline in economic growth of the national economy.

Development of management methodology industrial enterprise in the digital economy

Annotation:
The article offers an approach to substantiating the structure and content of the methodology of industrial enterprise management in the digital economy. The requirements for enterprise management that are necessary for using it as a basic component in the process of digital transformation of production are formulated, including the requirements for consistency, dynamism, completeness and accuracy of describing the functioning of the enterprise. The author points out a way to overcome the static nature of the existing enterprise management methodology within the framework of the author’s holistic concept of operational production management by introducing the concept of «dynamic schedules». The article reveals the role of a dynamic schedule as an integrating element that affects various types of activities and management subsystems at the enterprise.
It is proposed to use a dynamic schedule to formulate a strategy, determine the goals and performance indicators of an industrial enterprise and its structural divisions, and form plans and resource needs in operational and strategic production management.

Annotation:
The article analyzes scientific publications on business management in modern conditions, industry reviews, as well as annual and quarterly reports of public companies. The impact of the pandemic on the effectiveness of management in various industries is evaluated and approaches are identified to improve operational and financial performance in a crisis. Recommendations on performance management in the context of a pandemic are proposed, which may be useful for managers and researchers interested in implementing a proactive approach involving the modernization of strategies and products.

Annotation:
The article proposes a triad of functions of professional expert communities that are in demand in difficult conditions of transformation of socio-economic relations, the transition to an information ecosystem society. Based on the concept of the region as an innovation ecosystem, the role of communities as a significant stakeholder is revealed, capable of influencing their self-development, testing and dissemination of innovations, achieving strategic and tactical goals of regional development, orchestrating the movement to optimal results through the action of the phenomenon of collective intelligence. Disclosure of the mission of communities through the prism of participation in regional ecosystems will allow, in practical terms, to develop ways to improve the mechanism for embedding professional expert communities in the implementation of socially significant tasks of territories, ensuring the economic results of regions and the country as a whole.

The aspects are investigated and the scheme of transformation of value flows of the end consumer into the flows of products and/or services necessary for him is developed and the tool for determining and evaluating the dynamics of parameters changes of something’s insufficiency (needs, habits, requirements and values), which allows identifying trends and patterns in the formation of values of end-consumer of products and (or) services is proposed in the article.
Terminological and system analysis, grouping and classification methods are used as research methods, binary matrices are research tools.
Correct choice and using of the empirical base, the application of adequate research methods, and the substantiation of the author’s point of view on the content of the logistics as the flows management concept within supply chains provide the scientific contribution.
The results of the research allow clarify and supplement the theory and methodology of flows management with in supply chains, ensuring maintenance of their competitive advantages by creating value for end consumers of products and (or) services.
