Annotation:
The article explores the evolution of management epistemology from scientific management to post-normal science. It examines the philosophical foundations of comparing rationality and intuition in management. The article also addresses the issue of knowledge management from Socrates to artificial intelligence. It substantiates the importance of cultivating wisdom in the context of developing the epistemological maturity of managers. The article explores how philosophy shapes management schools and the role of narratives and meanings in organizational communication.

Annotation:
This article examines the strategic potential of scientific and technical libraries (STLs) in implementing national scientific and technical policy. The authors propose and analyze six new STL transformation models, conducting a comparative and SWOT analysis to support their integration into the national scientific infrastructure.

Annotation:
Based on the verification of empirical data obtained by the authors of this work with the results of publications by other experts, it is shown that at the beginning of 2025, in fact, both students and teachers are using artificial intelligence for their own purposes. Surveys conducted by the authors of the work showed that the share of AI use is 95% among students and 64% among teachers. The paper offers a representation of possible strategies for the legal introduction of artificial intelligence in the educational process of universities.
An analysis of the possibilities of each of the considered strategies is presented, their strengths and weaknesses are determined. A comparison of these strategies provides grounds to determine the most realistic one for implementation in regulations.

Annotation:
The article examines the concept of «organizational changes» and their impact on the performance of the company and employees, which is mainly positive, since as a result of their impact, business processes are optimized and the format of employees’ work is improved by eliminating duplication of their actions. In addition, the article highlights the importance of the impact of organizational changes on the competitiveness of an organization, its stability in the market, and adaptability to changes in the external environment.
The author considers the implementation of organizational changes as a sequential process consisting of certain stages: analyzing the state of the external and internal environment of the organization, its resources, directly carrying out organizational changes, identifying deviations from the set goal, and correcting actions.
The article also compares foreign and Russian practices of organizational change, identifies their features and differences from each other.

Annotation:
The article examines strategic sessions as a tool for structured collective strategizing within corporate and university management systems. The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptually grounded and reproducible approach to conducting strategic sessions that ensures logical coherence of the strategic cycle stages and integration of outcomes into strategic and project management frameworks. Based on the analysis of Russian and international academic literature and organizational practices, key methodological challenges of strategic sessions are identified, including fragmentation, declarative outcomes, and weak institutionalization of results.
The authors propose a logical and structural model of a strategic session comprising four interconnected stages: analytical and diagnostic analysis, goal-setting, strategic design, and institutionalization with monitoring. Practical testing of the model in university and corporate contexts demonstrates its effectiveness in improving strategic process manageability, participant engagement, and the transformation of strategic ideas into implementable projects. The study concludes that a structured approach to strategic sessions enhances strategic governance and organizational resilience, particularly under conditions of digital transformation.

Annotation:
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the innovative role of external professional communities (Communities of Practice, CoP) in the successful development of the business community as a whole and to assess the possibility and necessity of their creation on the basis of KIBS. The research conducted by the authors revealed the difference between the perception and expectations of employees from participating in the activities of professional communities. There was a trend towards digitalization, interdisciplinarity, and the use of game mechanics as new forms of engagement. The study compared corporate and external professional communities and identified the advantages of the latter. The authors identify the key functions of professional communities, the main barriers to their development, prospects for transformation.
The conducted research allowed us to develop recommendations on improving the effectiveness of professional communities as drivers of innovation, competence development and increasing the competitiveness of companies and specialists. It has been revealed that the effectiveness of these associations directly depends on the quality of the formats, the activity of the participants and the support of employers.

Annotation:
Modern conditions of social development require the integration into the educational system of relevant pedagogical techniques aimed at accelerated adaptation of students to the labor market, forming a holistic picture of the world for them. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature; implementation of management theory into the methodology of professional education; questioning, Ladanov’s method and three-year monitoring of the professional growth of individuals in control groups of students. The paper substantiates the optimal directions of professional development of university students, taking into account the types of organizational subcultures, through the selection of modern teaching methods.
The results of the study are an intermediate stage for subsequent scientific generalization, but the obtained partial conclusions can be useful in drawing up educational and educational plans in higher educational institutions and are used as a basis for the formation of teachers’ own educational methods.

This article examines the need to manage the formation of relational project risk relationships as a way to improve risk-based management in cross-border construction businesses in Industry 5.0.
The potential of the developed management model for an international organization based on the formation of integrated management buses to overcome the main problem – the lack of identification or late identification of project risks – is demonstrated.

Annotation:
In recent years, numerous managerial studies by Russian and foreign scientists have been devoted to the integration of neuroscience results into management practice and the formation of a new interdisciplinary field – neuromanagement, which is management based on knowledge from neuroscience and neuropsychology. The basis for the development of neuromanagement is information obtained as a result of scientific discoveries in the field of brain research, the mechanisms of its activity, the processes of formation of neural connections, and the functioning of the nervous system.
The article examines key neurotransmitters such as dopamine, oxytocin, and norepinephrine as the biological bases of internal and external motivation. Based on the analysis of empirical data from behavioral research, it is shown how these substances affect employee behavior, the level of engagement, increased decision-making efficiency, reduced staff turnover, increased manageability and productivity.
For the first time, an operationalized model for evaluating the collective neuroculture index (CNI) through an aggregated indicator combining neurophysiological and cultural aspects has been proposed. A practice-oriented tool is presented that makes it possible to diagnose not only the general state of the organizational environment, but also to identify specific growth points or risk areas. A typology of neuroculture levels (neuropositive, neuro-moderate, neuro-negative) with clear diagnostic boundaries and management recommendations is introduced.

Annotation:
The study is devoted to the consideration of the social significance and key benefits of the introduction of call centers in the activities of medical institutions.
Special attention is paid to the study of the influence of social factors, such as trust and patient satisfaction, on the perception of medical services. It is shown that CTI Omni-type systems facilitate the integration of multiple communication channels and the implementation of an individual approach to each patient’s care. An integrated approach combining technological advances and a social component is considered as a key factor for achieving high quality standards in healthcare.

Annotation:
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the evolution motivation systems of academic staff at higher educational institutions in Russia from the period of the Russian Empire to the present. Based on the historical and sociological approach, motivational mechanisms’ transformation, academic community’s value orientations changes and the ratio of material and nonmaterial incentives in different historical periods are investigated. Particular attention is paid to identifying stable trends and specific features of motivation of academic work in the context of socio-economic and political realities.
