Annotation:
Based on the analysis of theoretical provisions, the article identified a transition from assessing the quality of life only from the perspective of the material well-being of the population in certainregions, to a modern perception through the availability of digital technologies and the consideration of psychological, social, and technological factors. The article provides an analysis of the oretical approaches by both foreign authors and Russian scientists.
To analyze the relationship between the quality of life of the population in the Bryansk Region and the level of digitalization in the region, statistical information and reports from regional authorities on the socio-economic situation in the region, as well as the ESG index of Sber and VEB, were studied. Russian Federation, National Projects of the Russian Federation; Regional Project: Digital Public Administration; Rating of Russian Regions by Quality of Life by the RIA Rating Center for Economic Research of the Russia Today Media Group.
A comprehensive comparative analysis was used to identify the relationships between various indicators of quality of life and the effectiveness of the national project’s implementation.

Annotation:
This article explores the digital transformation of industrial production through the implementation of industrial robotics technologies. It analyzes the industrial robot market in the Russian Federation and globally. The main challenges of implementing industrial robotics technologies in a specific enterprise’s operations are presented. The negative consequences of excessive, unprepared, and insufficiently tested automation, as well as the unpreparedness of some modern digital technologies for practical application in real-world economic conditions, are analyzed. Based on this analysis, it is concluded that a reasonable balance between robotics and manual labor is necessary, based on efficiency and cost-effectiveness criteria.

Annotation:
This article proposes an approach to digital monitoring of the economic performance of industrial energy systems as a continuous control loop. The scientific novelty lies in the inclusion of the data confidence index (DFI) and forecast robustness coefficient (FRC) in the KPI interpretation loop and the formalization of a trigger recalculation mechanism for data drift.
An analytical experiment demonstrated that DFI/FRC degradation significantly increases the likelihood of erroneous scenario selection, while the use of DFI/FRC control and rules for switching to verification mode reduces the risk of incorrect management decisions.
The proposed framework can serve as an introductory architecture for further refinement of the information-functional model and the development of a digital monitoring software program.

Annotation:
This article explores the role of modern task management systems (Task Managers 2.0), designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of team work. It examines the evolution of task management, from traditional methods to digital platforms with visualization, automation, and analytics capabilities. The article also presents the results of a case study, clearly illustrating the impact of these tools on team coordination, communication, and productivity. Recommendations for implementing task management systems to optimize work processes and reduce employee resistance are presented. This material has practical implications for managers and demonstrates how digital task management tools can support strategic decisions and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Annotation:
The article presents the results of a study of the adaptation management system for young teachers as a factor in their consolidation and accelerated professional development in general education organizations, which ensured the development of an adaptation management model that provides a balance between individual professional growth strategies and organizational support mechanisms. The concept is proposed and the cycles of adaptation management are substantiated, five key groups of factors of adaptation of teachers are identified, a three-level model describing the structure of adaptation processes is presented. The results of the study will make it possible to substantiate effective management decisions on the development of the personnel policy of educational organizations, to build a new type of mentoring system based on the principles of cognitive support and digital support, as well as to form recommendations for regional educational development institutes on the design of support programs for young teachers.

Annotation:
The author has developed and substantiated a proposed trimodal personnel development management system for project-oriented organizations based on the interaction of project-based, lean, and digital technologies. The effectiveness of applying systemic (development), structured (assessment), and competency-based (training) approaches is substantiated. The correct approach determines the necessary set of technologies aimed at personnel development. Specific enabling management technologies are identified that demonstrate a synergistic effect specifically within the trimodal system.

Annotation:
The study is devoted to the problem of increasing the motivation of staff in commercial medical organizations. Based on an empirical study, the forms of incentives used were examined, the significance of the basic motivational needs of employees was analyzed in accordance with the A. Maslow model, and their motivational profile was assessed using the methodology of S. Richie and P. Martin. Additionally, the level of staff satisfaction with key factors of work was evaluated. A pragmatic integrative model of the system of motivation and incentives for staff in healthcare organizations in the commercial sector was proposed.

Annotation:
The article examines the problem of implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into the motivation system of personnel at the call center (CC) of the private medical organization «BaltZdrav». Based on an analysis of domestic and foreign literature, as well as presented empirical data, an assessment of the success of KPI system implementation was conducted, and recommendations for optimizing the personnel incentive mechanism were developed. The introduction of qualitative indicators (Customer Satisfaction Index – CSI) is proposed, along with a set of non-material incentive measures. The obtained results can be used by heads of service departments and HR specialists.

Annotation:
The article examines the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of franchising development in Russia. The authors trace the evolution of this business model from its emergence in the 1990s to the current stage of localization and import substitution. Particular attention is paid to the classification of franchise types used in domestic practice, as well as to the pressing issues faced by both franchisors and franchisees amid economic sanctions and the structural transformation of the economy. Solutions to the identified problems are proposed, based on automation, diversification, and the use of online promotional channels.

Annotation:
This article examines the history of Russian artels based on data from Russian researchers of the 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as modern archaeological and architectural data, extending their history to the 10th and 11th centuries. The history of the development of artels in Byzantium is analyzed. The influence of Byzantine construction artels on the emergence and development of artels in Ancient Rus’ is demonstrated.
